About the Project

What is this about?

This project is an initiative by [ASIAN CULTURAL HERITAGE EXCHANGE ASSOCIATION], a student-founded organization focused on cross-cultural understanding in Asia. As a part of our 2025 summer research, we are exploring the emotional and mental well-being of Asian youth across different cultural contexts.

We believe mental health should not be a taboo, especially for those growing up between worlds.

Our goal:

To understand the psychological experiences of students with Asian backgrounds and share their voices through a formal report (white paper) to spark awareness, empathy, and action.
